1. Purpose
Rift Market is a platform connecting buyers and sellers of virtual goods related to Hypixel Skyblock (coins, accounts, profiles, items). Rift Market acts solely as a technical intermediary.
2. Off-platform payment
Transactions and payments happen directly between buyer and seller, off-platform. Rift Market verifies seller identities (KYC) but does not guarantee delivery or the quality of goods exchanged.
3. Liability
Rift Market cannot be held liable for disputes, losses, or damages resulting from transactions between users. Each user remains solely responsible for complying with the terms of use of relevant games and third-party services.
4. Third-party trademarks
Hypixel and Skyblock are trademarks of Hypixel Inc. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang/Microsoft. Rift Market is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
5. Moderation
Rift Market reserves the right to suspend or ban any account subject to valid reports (scam, fraud, abusive behavior).
